At WC Lifesaver, we strive to ensure that our students are satisfied with our training programs. If you are not fully satisfied, our refund policy is outlined below.

1. Digital Product Nature

Since our courses are digital and accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not offered once course access has been granted.

2. Eligibility for Refund

• You may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the course was not accessed.
• Refunds will not be issued if course materials were accessed or completed.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@wclifesaver.com with your order ID and reason for the refund request.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
