Our courses are designed for healthcare professionals, workplace teams, caregivers, parents, teachers, and community members. No prior medical knowledge is required for most classes.
Class length depends on the course. For example: CPR/AED: 2–3 hours, First Aid/CPR/AED combo: 4–5 hours, BLS for Healthcare Providers: 3–4 hours.
Both ARC and HSI certifications are valid for 2 years. We also offer renewal/recertification classes for those needing to update their skills.
