Share these steps with new members so they can access their courses and know what to expect after enrollment.
Your institution administrator will send you an email with your login credentials. This email contains:
If you don't see this email, check your spam or promotions folder.
Use the email and password provided to sign in to the WC Lifesaver platform. You can update your password anytime from your account settings.
If you already have a WC Lifesaver account, use your existing email and password to log in.
After your institution purchases courses for you, course access links will be sent to your email within 24 hours of enrollment.
Upon successful course completion, your official certificate will be sent directly to your email. Certificates are issued by accredited providers (American Red Cross or American Heart Association).
